Atlanta Interior Design, Atlanta Renovation, About Us

Third Floor was born out of the philosophy that the prospect of interior design and home renovation does not have to be intimidating, frustrating, or a source of anxiety. Turning your vision into a reality should be an enjoyable and gratifying experience. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case.

The founders of Third Floor come from two different, yet complementary backgrounds—interior design and renovation. With more than a combined two decades of experience in their respective industries, Gina Wileman and Radford Ethridge came to the conclusion that projects generally go awry for one reason: interior design and renovation are separate worlds, disconnected from one another—and typically without a common vision.

Finding a trustworthy renovation company that will do a good job is intimidating in itself. Even more worrisome is the possibility that the renovation company will fail to implement the designer’s plan and the client’s vision.

In the end, disparate processes, poor (or no) communication, and lack of understanding often lead to finger-pointing, delays, distrust, and ultimately, unhappy clients.

These issues brought Gina and Radford to an undeniable conclusion: To satisfy their clients, they must begin by removing barriers between interior design and renovation. They developed a unique process built on consistent communication to create seamless, integrated solutions. The result was the creation of Third Floor.

We invite you to explore our client testimonials and discover what they have to say about their Third Floor experience. We look forward to sharing your vision and transforming your house into a true reflection of you.

Welcome to the next level of interior design and renovation. Welcome to Third Floor.

Atlanta Interior Design About Us Radford Ethridge

Radford Ethridge

Radford Ethridge is the renovation expert at Third Floor. Homes have always played an important role in his career. After graduating from The University of Georgia, Radford worked as an appraiser, gaining a true understanding of the elements that directly influence the value of a home in the Southeast. While maintaining his active license as an appraiser, Radford also obtained his real estate license and worked in the industry for six years, building a successful business along the way. He moved on to a career as a licensed contractor, specializing in new construction of custom, luxury homes and renovations. In short, he knows home renovation and construction from nearly every angle.

Radford is proud to be a native Atlantan, an active member of the community he loves, a husband and father, and a “huge Dawgs fan.”
